We've had an infiltration of mice lately and I thought we'd rid ourselves of the family with 4 down a few weeks ago... Recently the traps have seen some action without a kill so apparently another family has moved in and they've been stealin' my peanut butter like noones business... Dan 1, mice 0 :-)
Well I've successfully gone another full month without posting a frikken thing despite having taken hundreds of photos... unfortunately they weren't taken with the easy to post from N95 for the most part so they never seem to make it to print... here's a keeper from a pumpkin patch visit with the girls...
Well this may not be interesting to any of you but this is something I'm excited about... With all the digital photography I'm doing these days I've amassed quite the collection of memory cards... Instead of these just floating around my photography case I purchased this hard case that protects the cards from damage as well as providing a better organization system... Now when I fill a card up I can put it in this case backwards until I copy the files to my computer... A little trick I learned from a photography book I'm reading right now...
These are a couple of shots of my friends from Halloween weekend... After giving candy out to the local suburbanites with Katelyn and Jodi I shot down to the city to celebrate with a few friends at Witt's on Lincoln... A friend of mine was having a charity party in a private room there so I figured that was motivation enough for a few cocktails... I also brought back my shuttlecock outfit from last year and won a best male costume prize at the party... The prize was a pumpkin Pez dispenser... HOT!
This same hard drive was $59 at Fry's Electronics last week... Best Buy is a frikken rip off that takes advantage of people's lack of knowledge of what things really cost... Here's a tip...look on the internet... www.pricegrabber.com is a good place to start looking to see what you can buy things for... Good luck this Holiday season! :-)
